Text entered in a search widget is sent to the third-party provider operating that widget. Mason County Court Docket does not maintain a database of those search terms or of court cases. The provider's own policy controls its processing.

Michigan's FOIA definition, MCL 15.232, excludes the judiciary and a circuit clerk acting in that role, so a court-file request should be directed to the owning court under MCR 8.119 rather than to this site.
